This Policy explains what data is collected, how it's used, your rights, and our protection measures. Users must be at least 18 years old.

For Creators: First and last name, date of birth, citizenship, gender, city of residence.
For Agencies: Registered company name, registration number, legal address, tax identification code, VAT number, authorized representative identification details.
Communication Data: Email address, phone number, residential/business address, messenger usernames, promotional materials provided.
Payment Data: For fiat payments: IBAN, SWIFT/BIC codes. For cryptocurrency: blockchain wallet addresses. The Company uses third-party payment processors and does not store full card numbers or CVV/CVC codes.
4. Automatically Collected Data
- Device information: Browser type, version, operating system, device type
- Server log information: Visit dates/times, pages viewed, IP address, duration
