1. Definitions

Account — personal account on the Platform for accessing Company Services.

Agency/Creator ("User," "Users," or "You") — Platform users receiving Company Services.

Offers — service packages with specific terms, pricing, and parameters.

VIEGIX LTD — Company operating the Website and Platform.

Partner — marketers or third parties promoting User accounts via affiliate program.

Platform — unified ecosystem for ordering, paying, and using Services.

Services — services provided through Website and Platform.

Website — official site at viegix.com.

2. Age and Legal Requirements

Services are intended for individuals and legal entities of legal majority age. Natural persons must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Website, registering an Account, or using Services. Account creation by underage individuals constitutes a material violation subject to immediate suspension or termination.

3. Overview of Services

The Company provides traffic generation, marketing technology, analytics, and creator tools through its unified Platform for Agencies and Creators. Services include:

The Company acts solely as a service provider facilitating traffic generation, promotional tools, and analytics and does not guarantee specific financial results.

4. Payment

Users must deposit prepayment before receiving Services. The amount is determined by the volume, type, and scope of Services ordered.

Unused prepaid funds remain in the Account for future Services. All remaining sums of prepayment are generally non-refundable and may only be used within the Platform.

Users may request refunds by contacting support. The Company reviews requests within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days minus payment processing fees.

VAT and similar taxes may be added if legally required. Users are responsible for accurate information; incorrect information resulting in additional tax liabilities makes the user liable for indemnification.

5. User Accounts

Account registration is via email and unique password. One individual or legal entity is entitled to create no more than one Account.

Users represent that information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Users are solely responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality and all Account actions.

Transfer of login credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Users may delete Accounts by contacting their account manager or sending a written request to support.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, texts, graphics, photographs, logos, images, audio materials, software, and databases on the Platform are owned by the Company or lawfully licensed.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Intellectual Property solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Platform and Company's Services.

Users are prohibited without express written consent from reproducing, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, or distributing content, or using or exploiting Company or third-party trademarks, logos, or domain names.

7. User Content

By uploading content, Users represent and warrant that they have lawful ownership or necessary rights and permissions, that the content is permitted for advertising under applicable legislation, and that its use does not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Users grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, upload, display, and distribute the User Content for Services purposes including promoting the User and attracting traffic.

Users retain ownership rights to User Content. The license terminates upon Account termination except for ongoing campaigns or legal obligations.

The Company provides software for Users to create, promote, and manage content. The Company does not create, produce, or endorse any content uploaded or submitted by Users.

8. Deceptive or Harmful Conduct

Users must not engage in dishonest, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unethical conduct. Prohibited conduct includes:

Violations may result in limiting, suspending, or permanently blocking the Account. No refunds are issued for remaining funds, credits, balances, or prepaid amounts.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

By using the Website and Platform, users consent to the Company collecting, processing, and using personal information per the Privacy Policy for fulfilling the Agreement.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Modifications are effective upon publication. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

The Company's total liability will not exceed the most recently paid amount for Services.

12. Disclaimer

YOU USE THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON IT, THEIR CONTENT, AND ANY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The Website and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without express or implied warranties. The Company does not guarantee that the Website or Services will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including legal fees arising from User Content, Services use, Term violations, or third-party rights violations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. All disputes must first attempt resolution via written notice to the Company. If the Company does not resolve the dispute within 60 days, you may proceed to a court of competent jurisdiction.

The courts of Nicosia, Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.

15. Term and Termination

These Terms are effective when accepted and remain in effect during continued Service use unless terminated. Users may terminate at any time by deleting their Account and ceasing Service use. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Account or Services access with or without notice if the user violated Terms, breached laws, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities.
